Sales Order Processing

RouteMagic automates and simplifies the entire sales order management process and offers extensive configurations to ensure that your sales order flow is customised to your specific needs. Once a sales order is created, the system will take the default route for the selected customers. Alternatively, you can select the different routes also which you want to assign. The system will take the scheduled date as per the company-level setting. Else you can select the current date or any date for the sales order. Once orders are approved, they can be picked with just a click of a button. You can pick items individually, or in bulk. The system enforces reasons for any pick mismatches and automatically reduces the inventory from the warehouse. Once picked, the orders can be packed as individual items or in packages. A picking mobile app is also available for warehouse staff and scanning is also supported.
Creating Load orders once the orders are packed, can be done with a click of a button. The load orders will then show up at an appropriate date for the appropriate driver on the mobile app, without requiring any manual effort/coordination. The process of transporting orders to their final destination by van driver. Orders can either be shipped directly to the customer, or they might first be consolidated with other orders going to nearby locations to cut costs. If orders are consolidated, multiple orders are usually shipped with the same van and then forwarded to specific route drivers as necessary.
RouteMagic lets you handle all payment types through the app and generate invoices that are automatically sent to your office the moment delivery is complete. Review invoices & export swiftly to send on to the customer. Based on your business processes, you can have the invoices created in the ‘pre-invoice’ state where they can be reviewed and edited by back-office staff, or directly converted to the invoice state. Manual or automatic consolidation of invoices can happen, with customer statements automatically emailed.

Route Planning

Route Planner is an easy to use, visual planner of sales and delivery routes. Van sales routes are created each day from each customer's call schedules with no effort from you. Routes can be viewed in Grid or Map format for more advanced planning; simple drag-n-drop calls between routes or use the Route Optimisation to plan to achieve the best routes for each day.  New requests and one-off tasks can be added to a Reps manifest from the RoutePlanner, ensuring these tasks are tracked and completed.Using either optimised routes or the ETA calculator you can provide accurate visit notifications to customers and track the efficiency of your team.
